Medusa Box Flasher v1.0.8 is out!

Added world's first Phone Repair, Boot Repair and Security Recalculation via USB for Sony Ericsson Xperia Play
(no need to solder JTAG wires - only small TP, no credits required either).

  Read Full Flash - all via USB.
• Sony Ericsson R800a (Xperia Play) - added Phone Repair (Dead Boot Repair + Security Recalculation),
  Read Full Flash - all via USB.
• Sony Ericsson R800at (Xperia Play) - added Phone Repair (Dead Boot Repair + Security Recalculation),
  Read Full Flash - all via USB.
• Sony Ericsson R800i (Xperia Play) - added Phone Repair (Dead Boot Repair + Security Recalculation),
  Read Full Flash - all via USB.
• Sony Ericsson R800x (Xperia Play) - added Phone Repair (Dead Boot Repair + Security Recalculation),
  Read Full Flash - all via USB.

To repair R800/R800a/R800at/R800i/R800x/Z1i you need to perform following operations:

1. Press "Repair Phone" button.
2. Reconnect the battery.
3. Attach Testpoint and connect phone with Micro USB cable directly to the motherboard's USB port
   (avoid USB hub connection).
4. Install necessary drivers (located at "C:\Program Files\GsmServer\Medusa\Driver\USBFlash" folder).
5. Follow software instructions (prompts).
6. When Repair will be done, you'll need to re-flash the phone with any firmware from free
   Medusa Box support area of Boot-Loader v2.0 portal.

Note that after Phone Repair procedure, your phone will have "00000000000000" IMEI number and will be locked.
To unlock or repair IMEI, you can use Octopus Suite.

Honestly, hit all the previous work in zero, like imei "00000000000000" .


repair must be in Medusa only, like other tools, not incomplete update or "1/2 solutions". surely like this policy kill Medusa box forever.

they make update for experia but not complete there is always be left to force us buy another repair tool just for imei that is one good business strategy

Solution is full. Octopus suite works with medusa card as with octopus card without any problem. Gsmserver team are right. Because octopus suite can be used without card with credits. But repiair boot only for medusa box owners.
