For example, some LS991 can be connected using loaders from Software and some аrе not connected: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f664...d-usb-2161902/, http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f798...table-2162110/. In the latest Software version (1.2.6), we have added checking loader compatibility for device. Please install the latest Medusa Pro Software version 1.2.6 (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual), try to connect your phone again and post here full Software log. Disconnect the device from PC, re-connect battery and connect it again directly to PC Motherboard USB port (don't use USB hubs) - "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" device should appears in PC Device Manager (if necessary, connect TP). 2. Press "Connect" button in Software. Wait while device will be detected or get message, that loader is not suitable for this device. 3. Post here full Software log with the Connect operation. | |

Unfortunately, currently not possible to connect and repair this phone via USB with existing loaders. |
