Medusa Pro crashes after connection to eMMC [Answered]

Title says it. Got new Medusa Pro a month ago. Medusa Pro 1.6.9 crashes after it connects to my eMMC with error "No Smart-Card found! Program will now exit.". I can see the connection details in the log (copied below). It then exits and most of the time the software will not reload until I disconnect and reconnect the Medusa Pro. A few times is has corrupted the smart card and required the firmware to be reloaded (I am low on reloads, so if that can be increased also?).

Very rarely it will connect. When connected I was able to use content extractor to download files and partition manager to download whole partitions. Thus I believe my connection is good (able to download 1gb+ without problems).

I have tried it on 2 computers, one desktop, one laptop. Tried multiple USB cables. Even tried with a powered USB hub to give it extra power. Nothing seems to be helping, just random luck on connection. It does seem to connect slightly better on the laptop.

I am working directly on a Tegra 3 SOC using the test points for the eMMC.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Such problem may appear, if there is no enough powering on USB port, where You have connected Box or there is a problem with eMMC connection (most likely) - present shorts on PCB or soldered wires are too long. Please disconnect all devices from PC, reboot PC, connect Box directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs, this is important for stable connection) and try to run Software again. Check shorts on PCB/eMMC, check soldering of all wires, make each wire as short as possible (max. 3-5 CM length) and try to connect the device again.
