Medusa pro not working [Resolved] - GSM-Forum

I have a box connected in a windows 10 x64 system, and have the "correct" driver ( HSJTAG V0x 100 ) installed.
*After connection green light I/O is activated then pass to the red pwr.
Using a USB Bulk ( I have work with box on this system over 2 years, no problem with connection )
Already connected on back I/O PC USB 2.0 ( the same light issue )
Already connected on front I/O PC USB 2.0 ( service lights flashing )
Already update card firmware
Already unistall the driver manually
Already tested on other PC

Same problem on both PCs*

Team, could you help?

Hello.

Could You please post here screenshot of the main tab of Software?! Besides, make screenshot of your device manager when box connected to PC and post here

Can mark this as resolved, software is working but box still no green light on I/O led.
