Hello.

Please re-install card driver manually (use driver from Medusa Pro Software installation folder), re-connect Box and run Software again.

Have you solved the problem? If not - we have prepared test Software version for You and uploaded it into the Support Area ("JTAG_PRO/TEST SOFTWARE" folder). Please re-connect your Box (this is necessary and important), install this (1.3.2.1) test Software version and run Software. Write here the result.

Win7 x64 Solution is:

1. Install Medusa Pro_1.3.2.exe
2. insert sim card into box
3. plug box to usb
4. Point drivers to smart card drivers, exactly from dir \Program Files (x86)\Medusa Pro Software\Driver\Card\
5. If you have something different than Generic PC/SC Usb Smart Card Reader , Uninstall device with thicked remove driver files, then re-plug box and install drivers from location \Program Files (x86)\Medusa Pro Software\Driver\Card\
6. Don't bother not installed HSJTAG driver,
7. Run Medusa Pro from Start Menu with right click on it, and choose Run as Administrator.
8. Wait, after installig drivers your software will on.

just tested on clean win7 x64 machine.

That test Software version isn't available anymore. If You have any issue with card, then do next:

2. insert sim card into box
3. plug box to usb

Hello

Please, remove card from box, clean all contacts, insert back into box and try to update card again.

If problem still remain, remove card from box, insert into another card reader, dongle and try to update card.
