what is the correct voltage and bus speed

i double check the wires and they are ok but box failed to detect the chip

You should use 1.8-2.0V voltage level and try to connect the device with different Bus speed values.

yes device has been broken and userdata is needed .. r u sure this is the correct pinout ???
