I have Medusa, and later on I paid for Octoplus activation, a few days ago my smart card stopped working.
Is there a way to buy a replacement card without having to pay for both activations again?

I bought from gsmserver.com

Thx for your response

The problem is when I try to use any of both softwares I get a "no card found" message. The reader works with well with a sigma card but not with the medusa. Also, the medusa card is combed. I think that's the problem.
