Need suggestion help medusa


ok
i have motorola xt1641 sutck on logo
i flashed by all the ways, this flashes all are done but when it try to erase user data this freez and never can do it.
i havent information about what they try on this phone, but think someone try to erase frp ...why? cuz i think they encripted or something else
want to know what happen if i erase frp and user data partition whit medusa.

If You erase FPR partition, FRP will be reseted in your device, You can look these videos:

Don't forget to make FRP partition backup (read FRP partition) before erasing.


Accordingly to erasing user data - this depends on device and it's firmwares, is most cases phone will not power on after erasing. Please always do backup of partitions, which You want to erase.
