Samsung SM-G935F boot repair question [Answered]


Hello

Just got dead phone from customer .. He says Phone dead during soft wifi update .

I have removed emmc try factory repair but same ..Log is not with me now .

anything special for this phone or factory repair should works ??

Are You sure this phone has eMMC chip? Latest Samsung devices have UFS chips (Universal Flash Storage (UFS) | JEDEC), not eMMC. Unfortunately, work with USF chips is currently not supported.

yes it has EMMC this one .. also I am surprised and it is detected as I said

Ok, the next time, when You will have such device in hands, please contact us, we will research how to repair such device. At least, we need to look at Software log with chip info and connection operation.

Have You removed phone's chip from the device or You found eMMC (ISP) pinout? What CPU is in the board? If possible, please make photo of phone'd PCB in high quality and post it here.

Yes, really, this PCB revision is with eMMC chip. Also, as I can see from your Software log, after erasing partitions You have written only "PARAM" partition, but also need to write others. Try to find another PIT file and firmware, and make Factory Repair again.

I have tired pit with factory Repair , and it is Same but log not in hands now
