As I see from your Software log, You have done "Smart Repair" with disabled :Write data verification" option:

Write data verification is disabled.

Why You have disabled this option? Please post here full Software log with enabled "Write data verification" option, we will check.


Also to write full flash from the Support Area and post here the result. If the problem is still the same, probably Repair file and Full flash are not compatible with your device revision or device has HW problem.
