My medusa box do not have a Data0, CMD, CLK,
Have a GND, VREF, TRST, TDI, TMS, TCK, RTCK, TDO, RESET, NC.

Hello.

What exactly Box do You have - Medusa or Medusa Pro Box? Please note, that old Medusa Box (not Pro) doesn't support work with eMMC and it has no Data0, CMD, CLK. To work with eMMC You should have Medusa Pro Box with 20-pin connector.
