Such problem may appear, if there is no enough powering on USB port, where You have connected Box or there is a problem with eMMC connection - present shorts on PCB or soldered wires are too long. Please disconnect all devices from PC, reboot PC, connect Box directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs, this is important for stable connection) and try to run Software again. Check shorts on PCB, check soldering of all wires, make each wire as short as possible (max. 3-5 CM length) and try to connect the device again. Also post here full Software log (not screenshot) with the connecting procedure and device info, we will check it. |
