Why not? If we have this device, we will try to add it to support. Also, if You have another one the same device in working condition, You can create your own SRF and use it for repairing.

BTW, You have not connected the device correctly. eMMC size (capacity) can't be 1 GB:
Quote:
Size : 1024.00 MB
also next areas' sizes couldn't be zero:
Quote:
Erase block size : 0 Kbytes
Boot1 size : 0 Kbytes
Boot2 size : 0 Kbytes
RPMB size : 0 Kbytes
As I can see from your Software log, You have connected the phone with very high Voltage level and high Bus speed:
Quote:
Voltage : 2.8V
Bus Mode : 1
Bus speed : 15
You shouldn't connect the device with such high voltage level, this can damage it! Connect the device with lower voltage level (1.8V-2.2V) and lower Bus speed value and check, whethr eMMC is detected (connected) correctly.

ok, I think it's a stabilization problem or compatibility, because the one I used is in perfect condition, its memory is 8GB, but only 1GB.
I tried with all voltages and mhz and they all connect the same, I tried masmo with external power, and it stays the same.
sorry my bad English
