Hello.

Please, explain in more detail your problem and the actions you performed with the box and cable. We need more information.

I always had failure that the box disconnected from the pc randomly, I supposed it was the Usb B port and I even ended up dissasembly the box and removing the port and directly connect a tested usb data cable. But the problem was not resolved, it remained the same, until PC stopped recognizing the box as if there was nothing connected. Only turn on Front PWR led (green) and RJ45 port leds (green and orange) I think it is the usb controller that damaged the IC GL850G. Smartcard works well, I removed it and tested it in a smartcard reader.
I am sad need to use this great tool hope i can repair it

Hello.

First of all, check the operation of "Quartz resonator - BQ1, (possibly also Q4, BQ2) (12MGz)" and change them.

Before seeing your answer, I had already changed the 12K quartz with which the GL850G ic operates because when measuring it with the oscilloscope it did not give anything, only a voltage on the line, once again thank you very much !!
Best Regards,
