Problem with IncredibleS Help please

Hi,

I try to read codes with Medusa but get error. The sw told me what work in easy mode and repair security. I make all that the sw said. After all need to reflash but... I cant reflash this phone with RUU and with IMG.zip
Always get error.
I upload screen shot as see if you can help me.

Try to re-flash the phone with another RUU.

Sorry, Medusa not get error, the error is with RUU.

Just relock bootloader your problem will be solved!!!
