hello

1.4.6 was a great update on the matter of content extractor. MTK and intell chips are now supported ! but still i can not extract userdata from some chipsets ! for example Nova2Plus .. where is userdata ???

Hello.

It is possible to extract data only for the phones with disabled option of files encryption (mostly for old devices). Most latest devices have enabled files encryption by default, so, unfortunately, User data is encrypted and detecting and extracting data from such devices are currently not possible.
