Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, You have not connected the device correctly or eMMC has HW problems - eMMC size (capacity) can't be 1024.00 MB:

Size : 1024.00 MB
also next sizes are also incorrect:

Erase block size : 0 Kbytes
Boot1 size : 0 Kbytes
Boot2 size : 0 Kbytes
RPMB size : 0 Kbytes
Try to re-solder eMMC wires, make each of them as short as possible (max. 3-5 CM length) and try to connect again. Try to connect the device with higher Voltage level (try to set 2.0-2.4V), try to set different Bus speed values. Also, You can try to remove eMMC from PCB and solder all wires directly to eMMC contacts (or use proper eMMC adapter). If the problem is still the same, probably, eMMC has HW issue(s).

Most of these errors are communication problems, as it reads, but does not appear the information of the EMMC chip, appears 000000, sometimes the reading is normal, but does not write, does not erase and does not back up. This happens due to lack of voltage in the DATA and also in the CMD, I solve by placing resistors of elevation of tension in these signals. It is time for the team to launch a new adapter that contemplates various lifting resistors, because some brands of EMMC chip does not work, or does not work properly without them. From the experience I have in this type of ISP repair I have noticed that the EMMC Chip branded Samsung are not choosy about lifting resistors.
I have used 100 ohms and 150 ohms on just about every EMMC chip when they are required.
We need a new urgent adapter.

Sorry for bad English
