Samsung s8530 boot repair phones with box model being done medusa.That may be running even though I tried all kinds of phones are killing the process.There is a problem, but only model s8530.I would like to correct the software problem Medusa s8530 box.

Please explain the problem in more details in pure English. What was the state of your phone? What where your actions? Please post here full software log with all of your actions.

Hi, My problem is your box. I have your box. It's name's medusa box. It's very good working. but samsungs all other phones it's OK. But samsung s8530(bada, boot,) is not working phone. it hasn't problem. when we used your box phone is deading and not working another time. We want to start working phone we load with riff box than this time telephone is working and it hasn't problem.

Medusa box problem is s8530 normal phone is working. all of ok. when we used your box it's dead. do you understand me. Please help me.

You use your box samsung s8530. You can see your box problem.

Post here full software log with all of your actions and describe all the steps You have performed in details. Or I should guess what You have done?

- dear Sir, I have been doing my work for 14 years
- So, I am good at gsm software
- ı am using your medusa box. And we have some problem with it.
- The problem is that medusa box is not good for repairing the s8530. More over the medusa box is spoilng the normal phone.
- It is not necessary to write all of the steps what I do.
- I am sure that your box has a problem for the 8530 model phones
If you try to boot 8530 with your box, You will see that, your box spoil the 8530 model phones.
- PS. when I use your medusa box for repairing 8530 phones, it makes the phone broken.Then there is no other box can boot the same phone.
