Hello i have geting prob all other box working well with this mobile. phone have hang on samsung logo. please check that prob?

For restore s8530 phone you dont need backup. Medusa can restory fully erased flash also. Make easy repair and flash phone. If phone will not alive check hardware. Medusa have no problem with phone as riff.

Thanks but phone goes to download mode not full flash, error on MultiLoader thats y i need full backup.

Flash buy 5.65 multiloader 5.64 give this error. And use latest bada 2 firmware. This phone cant be downgraded without full erasing flash by jtag. Also try full erase phone. Than make easy repair. Medusa write only boot and security zone with imei. Than flash phone. If you cant erase flash by medusa do it by riff. But repair boot only by medusa. Only medusa correctly repair this phone.

Hello thanks for reply i have full erase phone by medusa and flash boot and also flash with multiloader 5.65 but gives error Error : FFS Write [2.4s]

Hello.
Please try to re-flash the phone again. Also try to re-flash the phone with another firmware. If the problem will be the same - this can be HW problem.

hello i have flash lots of time all time lots other flash files this error FFS Write [2.4s] when i flash with z3x other error see log

Bro its hardware problem. Full will not help you because this phone cant be cloned. You will have phone suspended on bada logo. Also open phone and see water. Look carefully system connector. But as i think flash is damaged.
