Before i face same problem. first i use Medusa support file, repair is success but phone still dead !! Then i use latest Factory file and phone is alive. Medusa support file SM-G532G/F |

Install the latest Software version v.1.5.7 (https://medusabox.com/eng/download/software). 2. Do "Smart Repair" using the SRF file for this device from the Support Area. 3. Re-connect the device. 4. Do "Factory Repair" using proper PIT file and the latest available full firmware fro this phone model. 5. Fully charge phone's battery and try to put the device into Download Mode (try to put manually and using Samsung JIG cable). Also try to do "Smart Repair" and "Factory Repair" using SRF and firmware for SM-G532F/M. If the device still doesn't go into Download Mode, probably it has HW problem (problme with eMMC), try to replace eMMC and do repair again. |
