Hello.

Fully charge phone's battery and then try to put the phone into Download Mode (DM) manually and using Samsung JIG cable.

If the device doesn't go into DM, here can be two main reasons of this problem - device has HW issue (most likely, often occurs with Hynix eMMC chips) or boot loaders in SRF files which You have used for repairing could be not compatible with your phone (boot loaders are older (has lower version) than should be in your phone, thus the phone can't go into Download Mode because of enabled boot downgrade protection). Try to perform "Factory Repair" operation ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using proper PIT file and different latest original Samsung firmwares for this phone model.

Also please note, that here exist different HW revisions of this device, maybe your device has another HW, that the supported one and repair file on the Support Area is not compatible for your phone.

But most likely, the problem is with eMMC chip and it should be replaced.
