Probably, device has HW problem(s).

Accordingly to your Software log, "Smart Repair" operation was performed successfully and correctly. If the device doesn't go into Download Mode, here can be two main reasons of this problem - device has HW issue (problem with eMMC chip, often occur with this device model) or boot loaders in SRF, which You have used for repairing, are not suitable (not compatible) with your phone revision (boot loaders are older (has lower version) than should be in your phone, thus the phone can't go into Download Mode because of enabled boot downgrade protection). Try to perform "Factory Repair" operation ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using proper PIT file and the latest available original Samsung firmware (in "*.tar" format) for this device model. Post the result.
