eMMC pinout is correct and should be the same for new and old revision. What is the difference in PCB of new and old revision? Are there any differences on your device PCB and on PCB on the pinout picture?

Make photos in high quality of each wire, which You have soldered and post here, we will check, whether You have soldered all wires correctly. Note, You should make each wire as short as possible. Also check shorts on PCB.
