Hello.

As You can see from your Software log, You have not connected the device correctly or eMMC has HW problems - eMMC size (capacity) can't be 1024.00 MB:

Size : 1024.00 MB
also next sizes are also incorrect:

Erase block size : 33280 Kbytes
Boot1 size : 15232 Kbytes
Boot2 size : 15232 Kbytes
RPMB size : 0 Kbytes
Try to re-solder eMMC wires, make each of them as short as possible (max. 3-5 CM length) and try to connect again. Try to connect the device with higher Voltage level (try 2,2V-2.6V), try to set different Bus speed values. Also, You can try to remove eMMC from PCB and solder all wires directly to eMMC contacts (or use proper eMMC adapter). If the problem is still the same, probably, eMMC has HW issue(s).

Don't forget to use pull-up resistors, mentioned at eMMC pinout picture.

When the device will be corrected correctly, You can perform repair operation.
