This error means, that there is a problem with writing data to eMMC. This can be HW problem or probably the problem is with connection. Please solder all wires as short as possible (max. 3-5 CM length) and try to do repair again. Also try to set (select) higher Voltage level (try 2.0V-2.4V). Also try to connect the device with different Bus speed values and repeat the operation again. If the problem with writing data is still the same, most likely, device haw HW problem(s) and eMMC should be replaced.
