Hello.

Fully charge phone's battery and then try to put the phone into Download Mode (DM) manually.

If the device doesn't go into DM, here can be two main reasons of this problem - device has HW issue or boot loaders in SRF files which You have used for repairing could be not suitable (not compatible) with your phone (boot loaders are older (has lower version) than should be in your phone, thus the phone can't go into Download Mode because of enabled boot downgrade protection). Try to perform "Factory Repair" operation ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using proper PIT file and different latest original Samsung firmwares for this phone model.

Also please note, that here exist different HW revisions of this device, maybe your device has another HW, that the supported one and repair file on the Support Area is not compatible for your phone.

To repair the phone try to do the following:

1. Download "Boot Area Partition 1" file "BOOT1_SAMSUNG SM-J100H) HYNIX EMMC H4G2B.BIN" via "Download *.srf" button.
2. Connect the phone and erase "Boot Area Partition 1" (select "Boot Area Partition 1" option in Software and press "Erase" button).
3. Disconnect the phone.
4. Connect the phone and write "Boot Area Partition 1" file "BOOT1_SAMSUNG SM-J100H) HYNIX EMMC H4G2B.BIN" (select "Boot Area Partition 1" option and press "Write" button).
5. Disconnect the phone.
6. Connect the phone and do "Factory Repair" ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using PIT file and original Samsung firmware from here: [ Post here Latest Original Firmwares ] For Repair Boot in [ Factory Mode ] - Page 5 - GSM-Forum.
7. Disconnect the phone and try to power it on or put it into Download Mode.

2. Connect the phone and erase "Boot Area Partition 1" (select "Boot Area Partition 1" option in Software and press "Erase" button).
Where as log with erasing Boot1?

4. Connect the phone and write "Boot Area Partition 1" file "BOOT1_SAMSUNG SM-J100H) HYNIX EMMC H4G2B.BIN" (select "Boot Area Partition 1" option and press "Write" button).
Where is log with writing boot 1?

Also, as I see from your previous Software log:
Quote:
Partition config : 00001000
Boot partition enable : Boot partition 1 (Bus width = 1Bit)
but now in your new log:
Quote:
Partition config : 00000000
Boot partition enable : Device not boot enabled (default) (Bus width = 1Bit)
Set correct setting, as was at the beginning. Also, You can check proper "Live log" from the Support Area.

Why You don't read carefully, what I have written above?

1. You need to change "Boot partition enable" value to "Boot partition 1 (Bus width = 1Bit)".

To change "Boot partition enable", do the following steps:

1). Connect the device.
2). Go to "eMMC service" tab in Software.
3). Press "Boot operation mode" button and set "Boot partition enable" value to "Boot partition 1".
4). Re-connect the device and check, whether proper value was set.

2. Download "Boot Area Partition 1" file "BOOT1_SAMSUNG SM-J100H) HYNIX EMMC H4G2B.BIN" via "Download *.srf" button.
3. Connect the phone and erase "Boot Area Partition 1" (select "Boot Area Partition 1" option in Software and press "Erase" button).
4. Disconnect the phone.
5. Connect the phone and write "Boot Area Partition 1" file "BOOT1_SAMSUNG SM-J100H) HYNIX EMMC H4G2B.BIN" (select "Boot Area Partition 1" option and press "Write" button).
6. Disconnect the phone.
7. Connect the phone and do "Factory Repair" ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using PIT file and original Samsung firmware from here: [ Post here Latest Original Firmwares ] For Repair Boot in [ Factory Mode ] - Page 5 - GSM-Forum.
8. Disconnect the phone and try to power it on or put it into Download Mode.

Post here full Software log with all of these performed operations, we will check.
