Hello.

Fully charge phone's battery and then try to put the phone into Download Mode (DM) manually again.

If the device doesn't go into DM, here can be two main reasons of this problem - device has HW issue or boot loaders in SRF files which You have used for repairing could be not suitable (not compatible) with your phone (boot loaders are older (has lower version) than should be in your phone, thus the phone can't go into Download Mode because of enabled boot downgrade protection). Try to perform "Factory Repair" operation ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using proper PIT file and different latest original Samsung firmwares for this phone model.

Also please note, that here exist different HW revisions of this device, maybe your device another HW, that the supported one and repair file on the Support Area is not compatible for your phone.

To repair the phone try to do the following:

1. Download "Boot Area Partition 1" file "BOOT1_SAMSUNG SM-J100H) HYNIX EMMC H4G2B.BIN" via "Download *.srf" button.
2. Connect the phone and erase "Boot Area Partition 1" (select "Boot Area Partition 1" option in Software and press "Erase" button).
3. Disconnect the phone.
4. Connect the phone and write "Boot Area Partition 1" file "BOOT1_SAMSUNG SM-J100H) HYNIX EMMC H4G2B.BIN" (select "Boot Area Partition 1" option and press "Write" button).
5. Disconnect the phone.
6. Connect the phone and do "Factory Repair" ("Factory repair" tab in Software) using PIT file and original Samsung firmware from here: [ Post here Latest Original Firmwares ] For Repair Boot in [ Factory Mode ] - Page 5 - GSM-Forum.
7. Disconnect the phone and try to power it on or put it into Download Mode.
