Hi.

You shouldn't connect the device with such high (2.8V) voltage level, this can damage the device. Connect the device with lower voltage level (2.0V-2.4V) and check, whether eMMC is detected (connected) correctly.

Yes, probably, the problem is with eMMC, but also, as You can see from your Software log, Partition config in your devices is the following:

but in "Live Log" for SM-J700F from the Support Area it is the next:

The other parameters are the same.

Please set correct Partition config settings accordingly to "Live Log" ("eMMC service" tab, "Boot operation mode" button), then re-connect eMMC and do "Smart Repair" again. Also try to do "Factory Repair". Post here the result.
