now phone show Red blinking when charge and i don't have dump file,
so can i repair it with Medusa pro in factory repair option?

Hello.

Yes, If You know eMMC pinout for this device, solder all necessary wires and try to connect the phone. If connection will be success, try to do "Factory Repair" using original Sony firmware for this device.

Note, that device should have non-damaged native TA (Trim Area), otherwise device will not be repaired. We recommended to make backup of original TA before repairing. Also, Software will automatically try to detect and backup (read) TA partition from the phone to «Backup» folder before repairing.

At first try to connect the device and post here the result, we will check and write You what to do the next.

No, probably, Software can't analize it because of unknown structure. Send us TA backup file "HBG4a2_TA_0x400_0x1000_08_02_2018_13_37_54.bi n" and we will check.

Now try to do "Factory Repair" using original Sony firmware for this device and post here the result. At first, try to write only preloader from full firmware. Read boot1 and full flash backup before repairing.

i have read ready but on factory repair can't be choose *.ftf and *.SIN_FILE_SET,after choose it has stop
