What power supply do You use? Please try again.

im using only usb cable to power the phone it work for me from the past thats why im using it most of the time

i have try more than 20 times i have the same result stage 2 error some on 144 some on 64 and 256 kb

Try with fully charged battery, try on another PC, check of soldering of Jtag wires - make them as shorter as possible.
