Hello.
Your phone doesn't turn on because the firmware was not written successfully.

Please fully charge phone's battery, put the phone into Emergency mode and write firmware again.
Please don't use USB hubs, motherboard USB ports only! Also please uninstall all BB software, modem software and PC suites software.

Please use fully charged battery, not external power supply.

Also if this will not help, please try to do the next:
1. Connect the phone in Advanced Mode and make Erase of full flash.
2. Connect your X10a in EasyRepair Mode and make Repair of the device again.
3. After successful Repair try to write firmware again.

Most likely, flash chip of your phone is damaged. Please check phone's HW.
