XT-1033 can't unlock bootloader after flash direct in emmc.

The emmc removed from the device, rewritten by the .xml files and after going to the fastboot mode with the error;

Fastboot Reason UTAG "flashfail" configured as fastboot

I can not unlock the bootloadaer to reinstall another flash.
Help me please.

Hello.

At first, please post here (or send us to PM, if You can't post here) full Software log with all performed operations.

Have You written backup of original phone's CID partition? Please look here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f664...l#post12672292:

- Motorola Factory Repair feature has been released.

You can try to repair boot on Motorola devices, based on Qualcomm CPUs, via eMMC by using original Motorola firmwares (firmwares with "*.xml").
This feature can be useful if you don't have the same working device to prepare Boot Repair file or device you want to repair currently is not supported.
Note, device should have non-damaged CID partition, otherwise it could cause problems with writing firmware after repairing. We recommended making backup of CID partition before repairing. Also, software will automatically try to detect and backup (read) CID partition from the phone to "Backup" folder after connecting.
If You have backup of your phone's original CID partition, write this backup into the phone and then try to unlock boot loader again. If You have no backup, try to make "Factory Repair" again using the same "*.xml" firmware, that was in the phone at the beginning (before repairing), and then try to unlock boot loader or write the same firmware.

As I see from your Software log, which You have sent us, You have erased all partitions (together with GPT and CID) before writing "*.xml" firmware and have not written backups back into the phone. Please write backups of GPT and CID partitions and try to unlock boot loader.

To write GPT partition backup, do the following:

1. Connect the device.
2. Select "Custom" option in Software.
3. Select "HEX blocks" value.
4. Set "Start: 0".
5. Set "Length: 100".
6. Press "Write" button, select GPT backup file ("016G92_Gpt_0x_0x_23_09_2017_11_52_50.bin") and write it.

To write CID partition backup, do the following:

1. Connect the device.
2. Select "Custom" option in Software.
3. Select "HEX blocks" value.
4. Set "Start: 29112".
5. Set "Length: 100".
6. Press "Write" button, select GPT backup file ("016G92_Cid_0x_0x_23_09_2017_11_52_50.bin") and write it.

Ok, I'll try and say.
If I do not have the emmc of the device, how do I install a new one? without device backup?
Thanks.

Unfortunately, if You don't have the original CID backup, it is not possible to repair this device at the moment.
