after many attempts I have this error

check solder connections, don't think vref connection voltage is correct

did you followed the procedure correctly ?

use version above 1.73 for this model if you are working with I9001 ?
or specify the model you are working on also there is i8150 video in the support thus you can have see the procedures which is very smiliar with i9001

dase omnia tool work with soft ort tool plus ?

because is first time igot omnia tool box and my i9001 is connected only with ORT_Tool_V1[1].28 not with ORT_Plus_V1[1].74B
