I found root cause why some HW revisions are supported and some of not :

Working unit has these chips :
******* SDIN7DU2-8G flash
Samsung K4P8G304EB-AGC1 Multichip Memory - Mobile DDR2 SDRAM Memory
AB8505-DB1 H53 990jY VQ MYS 6K 239 - cpu

Non working (not supported yet) has :
******* SDIN7DU2-8G flash
Samsung K4P6G304EB-AGC1 Multichip Memory - Mobile DDR2 SDRAM Memory
AB85051CB1 H53 3A037VQ FRA 3A 226 - cpu

So difference is : RAM and CPU revision.
