HTC 7 TROPHY PROBLEM REPAIRING BY ORT JTAG

please help me to analyze the problem

here are some screenshots

I use this pinout from ORT support but i edit a liitle in the picture to make it easy understand

I try to detect in the first version of ORT plus 1.00 just if it is connecting or not so its connecting and there is no problem but unsupported nand

as you can see no problem in reading so the connection with the box is correct

this is my problem after trying to use almost all the version of ORT plus when i try to scan the phone the software totally hanging so i disable the antivirus but same problem even i use the latest version of ORT PLUS 1.73

and if successfuly scan and trying with one botton repair its failing

please help me to figure out what is the problem

im using the first ORT BOX the white one

just confuse if it there is a problem using ort plus software because this not a gpg ort may be there is a conflict with the software or there is something im doing wrong

please help me to figure out

Uninstall driver and install from support and try again ... use the different ports

Do not use PS_HOLD connect usb cable

i finish reinstalling the driver and restart i also try with another pc same problem

i removed the ps hold and also connected to ub then follow the instruction from support

this is i get in 1.00 and 1.74

whats probably my problem

the model is HTC 7 TROPHY PC40100 i think this is different from HTC 7 TROPHY from support
is this supported sir

I experimented same problems with mozart and LG optimus 7, so i solved using se x10 halth method, bcoz qsd8x50

Easy using last version, select model SE X10, try with rtck or tck 1MHZ

finaly i could flash full raw backup from support, i used that pinout, without pshold and without vref, yes! without vref i get good connection, with usb cable and full charged battery, the full raw backup work perfectly, but htc trophy repair file always failed, please electroboy check that file, becouse i think its wrong or have problems, so that its all with htc trophy, the pinout work, the full raw backup work too, good luck!
