HTC Dream G1 ** How to REPAIR 100% Bricked * steps by steps By ORT JTag

this tuto is by my own experiences , all here have been tried before post .
you just need to follow as detailed and recover you G1 .

bricked supported are those are due by software . hardware not .
such as :
as phone power on stay on G1 screen and can't get downlod mode .
G1 Completely dead during radio flashing or else things .
G1 not power up but show blue led when charger or cable pluged .
this are what you could solve . so let's go at essential .

I will be bref as possible : no mind to my english ..

First :

in Boot dead condition we cannot caumminicate with our G1 , there Jtag tool is neccessary to repair boot before , in my case I used ORT Jtag .

1 : correct pinout with systrst included , on support picture it's not .
no bad too if you have JIG ... be sure your battery is charged . phone should be closed after pinout solder because you need plug usb cable during job , which is not possible with phone opened .

2 : Ortplus latest version better , with your appropriate model repair file .
there is 3 models of G1 better to know yours . you can check it on your phone label , you will see that : DREA100 , DREA110 , DREA200 download file on ORT Jtag support extract and put on ortplus/phones folder .

3 : Open Ortplus without touch soft setting ,Connect your phone to pc , witusb cable pluged . make scan to connect phone at software .
once connected go to onebutton tab . select HTc/dream G1 and check as it's on picture , hit repair button and wait procedure ...



no more 10 minutes you will have thi s message on ORt plus : repair done check your phone . so disconnect your phone and try power on , your phone will up direct on bootloader menu , wahooooo your phone come back . go next step so .

if you got repair failed message , retry job check usb cable/battery/pinouts.

4 : now last step to finish we need flash a rom via Memory card .
any capacity even 1 giga can use .

to begin you need to creat a gold card . why ?
because you cannot flash a US rom on a EU Dream G1 but with Gold card you can without faced this '' Not allow 000111 '' etc ...

found a HTc with android in what you will put your mmc to proced on ADB .

5 : time's up to celebrate our exploit now . but again one thing ....
