HTC Smart full dump needed, Device is hacked - GSM-Forum

HTC Smart after unlock procedure with xtc clip says this:

ROME*****
HTC_BOOT V1.0.0.95739

Device is hacked!!
Please return to Vendor...

Tried flashing with RUU, but it it does not help. Tried writing the repair dump from ORT support site with ORT-JTAG, but it does not help either.

Tried to find full dump for this phone, but haven't yet managed to find any.
Can someone help me with this problem?

Update radio, not take network

where is radio rom? I cant found is there radio or dump flile for ort jtag?
