was 1,99 worked ,after installing 2.0 Boxing asked device drivers after you have stopped to be determined , I think flew firmware , help to restore . thank you

USB device not recognized. One attached to this computer USB device is not working properly, and Windows doesn't recognize it

where is adminstrator

after launching a product , no support, not even any notice , that product support discontinued or stop.....
