Hi.
I have read your Postings in Setool Forum,you have unlocked the Device with Box and after Unlock no IMEI.
You can recover the Device with SE"""" Box,
Recovery->write GDFS->HWconfig->Unlock phone
SE Xperia Arc/LT15 is not supported for JTAG.

cant fix becuz phone cant readout
