You have to provide Old Dongle Serial number + screen shot
You have to provide your Registered email address
You have to provide Us your Reseller Details

We Will Block your Old Hxc card and Issue you new Hxc card

We Decide Three ways to send you Hxc card only

1- We will Ship Hxc Card only Directly To you with DHL
You have to pay us Total 33 USD ( HXC Card only + Shipping Cost )

2- We Will Ship Hxc Card only to your reseller with your reseller Goods
When ever we have order from your reseller and when its ready to deliver we will send your Hxc card only with his shipment , in this way you will save Shipping Cost and you only have to pay us 10 USD

3- When ever you order any Goods we will send Hxc card only with your order
when ever you order any Goods to Gsmsp.com and when it will ready we will send your Hxc card only with your shipment , in this way you will save Shipping cost for hxc card only and you have pay us only 10 USD for hxc card only, So you have to tell me your ORDER ID from Gsmsp.com, Your paypal Email address, Your Trans. this is not fair why we must pay for mistake hxc team ??
you should exchange this dongles for free, because you made cable not compatible with your dongle .
I see that hxc products have not long technical life

what is procedure ?? my resseller has now new hxc dongles , how can I get it from him ??????????/




PS : I will consider long time before I will buy next time any products from gpg and hxc team

i think this is not true , show me hxc cables with 3 adapters for old users ??!!!- it doesn't exist, only for new ... GSMSERVER is one of biggest resseller and they never have cables for old dongles , so how we should get this cables??, maybe from smaller ressellers I dont think so......

ok this part of procedure i understand before , but on which mail must i send s/n
is this correct : gpgsupport@gpgindustries.com ??

and second things : I want to use my old dongle in period from moment when I will send to you my details ( screenshot and resseller name ) to moment when my resseller get new card from YOU , because it can take up to 2-3 weeks , and I must work on hxc dongle for reading codes and making goldcards . Is it possible that you deactivate old dongle only when resseller get new card for me ???

you should extend WARRANTY to US..... and charge whoever commits that mistake/s brought by WRONG DESIGN that resulted to DAMAGED CARD and NOT us end-users

If u have black dongle and u make mistake when u have ordered green cable with 3 flex and they don't work - it's simple, buy new smart card for only 10$ - less than one unlocking of any HTC Model.
If u have new green dongle + new green cable with 3 flex, ignore this thread!
If u have old dongle and green cables for old dongles (old users only have black dongle) and don't wanna to use new green cable with third sim for unlock HTC Smart - ignore this thread!

This attention is only for users who alredy make mistake and buy new cables with 3 flex and have old black dongle, or option to old dongle users to buy new green cables.

Diference between Black Old Dongle and Green New Dongle is only compatibility with Green Cables! Both of dongles support all HTC phones, supported by HXC Dongle Team!

For users who don't need to unlock HTC Smart and don't wanna to buy new green hxc cable with 3 flex cables - ignore this!
All HXC users will have equal updates in future, but 3rd flex is compatible for HTC Smart

you dont see mistake because you have money from this project

mistake is situation when you make cables for old dongles which none of resseeler can order, the biggest resseller dont have these cables , i don't know how many you made these cables maybe 10 psc- 15 pcs ,nobody heard about this cables , nobody from resseller have this cables....
MISTAKE
you never made a cables with 3 sim adapters for old dongles why . I payd the same price for old dongle like people pay for new and why i cannot use it with cables . you should exchange it under guarantee and not take money
