| Fasal Computer i am from Bosnia and Hercegovina.i hawe one old HxcDongle (6. month)old- black one GPG Industries SN: 430C0874 my new hxc cable not working, i think is not fair why i must pay to repleace Card, you should exchange dongle for free,because yours made cable not compatible with my dongle. thanks best regards from Bosnia. |

Faisal, you keep saying it's only $10 and yes you are correct, $10 is not much money but we are talking about principle here my friend not about money. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong. All users should have should have been properly informed about which cables to buy according to what dongles they had and that was not done correctly. I think team should be a man or their word and do the right thing and offer either refund or correct cable or dongle for free of charge including shipping. This whole dongle and cable issue has been one huge fiasco to begin with. You have to admit guys that these cables that came out afterwards were not planned out properly. They are poorly designed and do not last and not too mention are obsolete already a we need to purchase news one in order to use the new flex cable. Do the right thing and make things right between you and your customers and they will stay loyal. It likely won't happen because it will cost the team too much money. | |
