Can't read dongle serial - GSM-Forum

just got the dongle. followed instruction, downloaded serial reader, installed driver, connected dongle but no serial apppear when launched serial reader. drivers appear to have installed ok. thanks for any help.

which version you use of serial no reader?
please post screen shot

You are using the wrong SN reader. There are 2 types of dongles and smart cards are available on the market. Old uses SN reader v1.00 new (green) uses SN reader v2.00

And use proper new drivers rockey2000.

tested 100% success
