| Can't register in software[answered] I'm trying to register my HXC dongle in HXC PRO Tool v3.12 but it is not working. I type in all my information and click register in software. Software stays on 10% then says socket error 1006000. Please help me, thanks |

| please disable your anti virus and firewall,then do registration,if got same error try after same time it's server problem will be fix in soon. |

| I just tried opening software and it says Dongle found then says searching for dongle then Dongle found at the bottom of software it says ERROR! NOT PERMITTED SOFTWARE RUNNING! I ran dongle sn reader v2 and it says LOGGER DETECTED! and software closes what is going on here? |

| Ok, registered dongle in software fine but now it says not activated, activated dongle is required... do i have to wait for you to activate? i can give you dongle s/n via pm, let me know... |
