desire hd unlock error - GSM-Forum

i have a htc dongle when i click unlock after getting access phone restart and software say that ¨phone version is unspported flash phone or wait update¨plz anyone tell what can i do
here is phone information

model desire hd
os andriod 2.3.3 GR140
FIRMWARE 2.50.161.3_2.6.35.10-GD2564FB
RADIO 12.54.60.25U_26.09.04.11_M2
BOOT 0.85.0024

do it in hxcpro tool.

i have already try with hxc protool but when i click clean s58 data it do nothing

cable is tested? you check in any other phone? put usb in phone when you see clear s58 data.

i have red cable and i have buy this cable at gpg industries 1 month ago but i have try almost 4 phone with cable not anyone unlcoked,,,,but hxc dongle unlocked phones,,,,,

that's mean problem in cable
ask to reseller to change it.

need to downgrade bootloader but it's not easy and also risky try it on your one risk.
