within the windows explorer type %temp%
clear some files to make clear
run RUU_Saga_S_HTC_ARA_2.14.415.3_Radio_20.4801.30.08 2 2U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_226003_signed.exe and don't close it
sort the files/folders from %temp% by DATE
check in the newest folder something like (rom.zip) it is the biggest

so you have extracted the needed ROM (copy it to an another place)

close the exe

bro first put phone in fastboot then insert card,if you insert card before you face same problem.

I charge fully htc battery
then open file: RUU_Saga_S_HTC_ARA_2.14.415.3_Radio_20.4801.30.082 2U_3822.10.08.04_M_release_226003_signed Desire S.exe

then do your procedure, program find htc and ask me to upgrade software
when I tick this procedure
program upgrade software but about 30min shows

error 171 error usb connection.???

i think it's your system problem,try in another pc.

No point flashing it just fails i have already tried flashing desire s it flashes but fails on radio update if you got a probelm like this i think riff can help haven't tried but will have a go if i got another one :d
