Start HTC Desire X CHANGE SECURITY FLAG at 19:55:26
HXC CABLE IS REQUIRED AND WILL BE USED FOR THIS JOB!
Loading device driver dll: OK
Checking device driver dll version: ERROR [ WRONG_VERSION:v1.2.5.0 ]
PLEASE (RE)INSTALL LAST DEVICE DRIVERS!
End HTC Desire X CHANGE SECURITY FLAG at 19:55:33

already have installed latest device drivers, any idea what is problem?

Its pro cables driver issue,download latest from sticky and do job again.

HI,

if you want unlock Just need usb cable, Phone should be Rooted and with Full stock rom.
For S-OFF You need use HXC PRO Cable.

Now I check,For this Phone Direct Read Codes for yet Not support,
So, Wait Will add up coming next Update.

everything done ok, hboot simlock passed, but now there is problem in simlock menu:

SD init OK
Reading config.dat [43] Bytes
Read MCCMNC file success
Open CID file fail
Open IMEI file fail
Open SF file fail
Open NAME file fail
Wait for AMSS ready...
Get device IMEI success
IMEI checking...PASS!
Security Checking...
Unlock SIM card by smart card fail!!!

i have same problem need link pls for last driver i tryed some drivers but problem same

use driver from sticky thread old drivers will not work.
