Dongle not found after update..

Hi,

today I opened soft 2.05 and it asked to update dongle so I clicked on update. At 30% aprox. it stopped and disconnect dongle and reconnect. Now says dongle not found and SNReader 2.0 don't show anything too.

What can I do?

Download latest 2.06 from mirror support and search, if u still have problem try with other smart card reader like p-key or mxkey smart card reader. If still have problem - Product Managers from HXCteam will contact u to resolve problems.

I have tried with 2.06 and same...dongle not found. I put card on other reader but dongle not found...I think that update corrupted smart card.

my issue is still not resolved, i give you ALL info after you said that dhl cannot delivery to my address, and after that you dont reply.... so i can throw this 80EUR thing in trash bin

hello good morning I have a similar problem I own htc Donlan from April 7, 2011 GsmServer bought yesterday I got in touch with them because I believe I have corrupted for some reason the card data as the dongle but the computer recognizes not open programs sn reader does not work nor the programs included 2.6 rev003 ask if you can write any program for the card or some kind of solution I have not tried in other pkey guaranteed to be in computers proved not to break seal

1 with windows xp which was inatala (not working)
1 with windows xp new install pkey tube never installed any new and does not work
1 with windows 7 ultimate32bits not work

my card is dead the rest of my machines running the reader recognizes but can not get my vendor is resolved or not support me answer with some kind of solution as you know must be done to restore the functions of my reseller is GsmServer dongle.El and the computer is under warranty I guess have to wait for it to expire to give some kind of solution do not understand
