i have a new dongle, but i get connection time out while registering

I have this dongle since 5 days now and its not working well i dont see the use of it if supporter is sleeping.
otherwise i will return it to my reseller and request for a re-fund.

So, now Ive got 3 problems here with the weird/bad service.
support very bad... no proper customer support. i m very unhappy with this .......

It is not known when you will fix after i have sent you a private message .

I have the same problem I'm trying in few computers in different locations and even disabled any antivirus or firewall

mine works now, can you please tell me if there is an option to get unlock code just from typing the imei without plugin the phone?

No we not support calc code by imei this time.
