I hope this thread will be more clear than other sticky and will be especially clear for new users!
All tutorials and sticky thread are in one post!

• First for beginners - must to know that HXCdongle have problems sometimes if u have another dongle with smart card in ur pc.
  Second sometimes Android drivers from another Brands like LG, Samsung, Huawei, Motorola can make conflict and for that reason most practicly is to connect phone with myHTC drivers

• If u faced with problem Cannot find libusb0.dll Please, reinstall this application - just read this

If somebody have problem to recognize some HTC Phone the most easy way is to see Model ID from back side of phone:



This phone is with Model ID Diam300 that is Diamond and it's a Windows Mobile 6.1 Phone, but some new HTC models like HTC WildFire a.k.a. Buzz have Model ID like this:



than, second method is to put imei in this site IMEI lookup | TAC list | phone model lookup | IMEI number lookup | TAC database | IMEI database | IMEI TAC | IMEI search and u will get all informations about that phone.

Third way is to visit GSMArena.com - GSM phone reviews, news, opinions, votes, manuals and more... HTC section and to find by picture but of corse, HxCdongle are user frendly and if ur phone are alive just connect to cable and click on this option:



If phone are not supported, however HxC will be shown Model ID, Firmware version and some information about phone - to ask support from us

Problems with unlocking HTC Phones by HxC Dongle

If u have HTC Sensation or Sensation 4g or HTC Pyramid or Z710e model with some kind of error, read this! If doesn't work that method try to choose another model from the previous models. If software give blank codes, read this!

If u have HTC Aria or A6366 or A6380 or HTC Gratia or HTC Intruder or HTC Liberty - this phones are almos same - read this or this or this but first try w/o downgrade - just choose some of this models and click Unlock

If u have HTC Desire HD with unlock error - ur phone probably have 2.3.3 version, just make gold card and download file for flashing from support after dowgrade u can do all jobs who is supported for this phone like imei repair, unlock etc... and for sure, in near future will be supported bu HxCdongle

If u have HTC Magic or Sapphire or MyTouch 3g NOT myTouch 3G Slide with some error read first this, than try this HTC Sapp300 Magic or My Touch 3g with h-boot 1.33.x006 can be unlocked with this instruction - How to unlock Sapp300 HTC Magic

HTC Inspire 4G - no need to downgrade for unlocking, just read this tutorial and unlocking will be less than 3 minutes without lossing any data from phone

p.s. lot of this problems, like #21 need to downgrade - not supported firmware, or not supported hardware, error reading codes will be solved in future. Always use latest version, read sticky threads and contact with Product Managers or Product Supporters for any issue.

HTC HD2 or HTC Leo, this mobile have 2 hardware versions one from US T-Mobile version with 1024mb flash size (Not Supported ATM) and Euro Asian model with 512mb flash size. U can check here how to know which Model ID u have and that phone is supported or Not!

- How to unlock with HXC Pro Tool - Cables

==========UNLOCK Android Phones===========

IMPORTANT: NO NEED USE GOLDCARD BUTTON FOR UNLOCK!

1. Insert SDCARD in HXC PRO CABLE
2. Select PHONE MODEL in soft
3. If phone it's ANDROID need to connect phone to computer by usb
4. Press FULL UNLOCK!
5. When soft show "WAITING FOR S58" take SDCARD out from HXC PRO CABLE and put sdcard inside phone
4. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS WHAT SOFT WILL SHOW!

<<<<<How To Unlock Windows7 Phones>>>>>
1.open hxcpro tool.
2.insert sdcard in hxcpro cables.
3.click on full unlock(SimLock+SuperCID+S-OFF)
4.when gold card created remove sdcard from cables.
5.insert sdcard in special windows7 cables.
6.now remove battery from phone and insert flex in phone.
7.press and hold vol down+camera
8.insert special windows7 cable in phone.
9.now your phone in host usb mode.
10.follow instruction and done
p.s:sd card should be fat32 formatted.

insert sdcard in hxcpro tool
select htc smart from list
click on full unlock(SimLock+SuperCID+S-OFF)
insert HXcprotool flex in phone.
put battery in HTC Smart
press [CAMERA] + [Volume UP] + [POWER ON]
keep them pressed till the phone vibrates
You should see the message SecureFlag is disabled Please Reset Device!
power off the device
now remove card from cable and insert in phone
press [VOLUME DOWN] + [POWER ON]
wait 10 seconds and phone will be load unlock software
Press [BACK] key to load the unlocker
Select 'CleanS58Data" and press [BACK] key
Press [VOLUME UP] key to confirm
wait 'Write SIMLOCK DATA OK'
