Bro, As I see, your mobile already unlocked with this device. Still, you have problem, then, hard-reset the device and try to unlock again.

Bro, its simple answer. When you start unlock software itself tell you device is rooted or not. If root gone, then, you can root again

So, did you try hard reset and unlock?

Let us also know about this.

About Flashing, try to flash other file, any file of same device but better old firmware is good for unlocking purpose. Later you can upgrade Firmware Version after unlockig. No problem.

So,

1st hard reset and try to unlock
2nd, if first solution not work, then try second method (flashing and unlock)

And don't forger to post the screen short, so that supporters also can see.

yes diosa but first time root with v root not work.after write finware and hard reset,wipe cache root with v root work.but you server say phone not locked .please see photo....sory for bad english I am from romania ...tnx
